The prayer made in the instant petition is for a direction to the State Government to decide the revision of the petitioner pending before it under Section 41(3) of U.P. Urban Planning and Development Act 1973. It is stated that revision is pending since 27.09.2023. Learned State Counsel as also learned Counsel for respondent no.2, do not oppose the prayer. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no.1 to decide the revision as expeditiously as possible, preferably within eight weeks from the date of communication of instant order.
