Court No. - 7 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 830 of 2024 Petitioner :- Pintu Respondent :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Revenue Deptt. Civil Secrt. Lko. And Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Indrajeet Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Mohan Singh Hon'ble Manoj Kumar Gupta,Acting Chief Justice Hon'ble Saurabh Lavania,J.
¶1Heard Sri Indrajeet, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing counsel for the State-respondents and Sri Mohan Singh, learned counsel for the respondent No.6.
¶2The petitioner has prayed for a restraint order against the respondent Nos.4 and 5 so as not to disturb his peaceful possession over a piece of land.
¶3A perusal of the averments made in the writ petition reveals that the dispute is purely private in nature and relates to possession and title to immovable property. Therefore, no ground is made out to examine the issue in the instant petition.
¶4The petition is, thus, disposed of with liberty to petitioner to avail such other remedy as may be advised. (Saurabh Lavania, J.) (Manoj Kumar Gupta, A.C.J.) Order Date :- 29.1.2024 Vinay/- High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
