¶1The prayer made in the writ petition is for issuing a direction to the respondents to provide site for rehabilitation to the petitioner in terms of the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the petitioners in connected case have already been allotted site for rehabilitation, therefore, he submits that the respondent no.2 be directed to examine the claim of the petitioner in the light of the allotments made to the other similarly situated persons.

¶3Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the aforesaid prayer.

¶4Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, the petition is finally disposed of with direction to respondent no.2 to consider the claim of the petitioner having regard to the relief granted to similarly situated persons including the petitioners of connected Writ-C No.3615 of 2023 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of the instant order along with a fresh representation. .
