¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State counsel for opposite parties no.1 to 3.

¶2In view of order being proposed to be passed, notices to opposite parties no.4 and 5 stand dispensed with.

¶3Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking a direction to authority concerned for expeditious disposal of Transfer Application preferred by petitioner under Section 212 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 bearing Case

No.

1612/2019;

Computerized No.T201908300601612, under Section 34 of U. P. Revenue Code 2006; Raghav Ram versus Mahadeo, pending before the Tehsildar (Judicial), Tehsil Tarabganj, District Gonda.

¶4Considering the fact that it is merely a transfer application which is pending consideration since

26.12.2023, opposite party no.2 i.e. Up Ziladhikari, Tehsil Tarabganj, District Gonda is directed to take a final decision with regard to the aforesaid transfer application expeditiously, preferably within a period of fifteen days from the date a certified copy of this order is brought on record of proceedings, without granting any undue adjournments to either parties and in case there is no other legal impediment.
