¶1Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the Standing Counsel.

¶2The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to dispossess the opposite party No.6 from land Gata No.2821Kha (old No.3204 Rakba 14 Biswa) situated at Village-Manjhariya Marhara, Pargana-Surhurpur, Tehsil-Jalalpur, District-Ambedkar Nagar which record as Banjar land in revenue record, unauthorized encroached by him without having any right."

¶3Standing Counsel based upon the instructions states that the proceedings have already been initiated and the matter is likely to be decided very soon.
