Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned State counsel for opposite parties. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority to consider petitioners' case for allotment of examination centre for the High School and Intermediate Examination-2025. Learned State counsel has been provided written instructions in this matter dated 16th December, 2024, which are taken on record and as per which the initial Tehsil Level Committee made a recommendation in favour of petitioners but thereafter the District Level Committee has made a recommendation against the petitioners institution on the ground that in earlier examination for the aforesaid purpose in 2024, 20 per cent students were absent. It appears that no final decision with regard to aforesaid dispute has been taken by the authority concerned. In view of aforesaid, opposite party No.3 i.e. Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad, is directed to take a final decision with regard to petitioners' case for allotment of examination centre for the purpose of conduct of High School and Intermediate Examination 2025, expeditiously, preferably within the time frame for the aforesaid purpose.
