In view of order being passed, notice to opposite party No.5 stands dispensed with. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the authority concerned for expeditious disposal of recall application filed in proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code-2006, which was decided against the petitioner. From the record, it appears that aforesaid recall application has been filed in the year 2019 and is pending ever since. In view of aforesaid, opposite party No.3 i.e. Tehsildar, Tehsil Milkipur, District Ayodhya is directed to decide the recall application preferred by petitioner in Case No.RST/01524 of 2019; Gaon Sabha vs. Prabhawati, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of certified copy of this order is brought on record of proceedings, in case there is no legal impediment.
