¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State as well as Sri Parashu Ram Kanaujia who appears for the complainant.

¶2The accused-applicant seeks bail in FIR/Case Crime No.164 of 2024 under section 302/201 IPC, P.S. Harpalpur, District Hardoi.

¶3It is argued that the co-accused was enlarged on bail vide order dated 04.10.2024 passed in Bail No.10655 of 2024.

¶4Considering the fact that no specific role was assigned to the applicant, on the ground of party, the applicant who has no criminal history is also entitled for the bail. Thus the bail application is allowed.

¶5Let the applicant Anurag be released on bail in aforesaid FIR/Case Crime Number subject to his furnishing a personal bond and two reliable sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned with the following conditions:

(a) The applicant shall execute a bond to undertake to attend the hearings;

(b) The applicant shall not commit any offence similar to the offence of which he is accused or suspected of the commission; and

(c) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer or tamper with the evidence.
