In view of order being passed, notice to opposite parties No. 2 to 9 stands dispensed with. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the authority concerned for expeditious disposal of mutation proceedings instituted by petitioner and is pending since 2020. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the aforesaid proceedings all the parties concerned have already put in appearance but proceedings are pending consideration for the past more four years. In view of aforesaid submissions, it is directed that in case all the parties have put in appearance in aforesaid proceedings, the opposite party No.1 i.e. shall consider and decide the cases No.T-202004040200669/2020, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of certified copy of this order is brought on record of proceedings, in case there is no legal impediment.
