Having gone through the nature of the grievance raised in this petition, we feel it appropriate to permit the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, District-Lucknow by way of moving an appropriate fresh representation under the Uttar Pradesh Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules, 2014, within a fortnight from today. Once such a representation is made by the petitioner, the same shall be considered and decided and appropriate action shall also be taken by the District Magistrate, District-Lucknow on the said application, which may be warranted under the law, within the next six weeks. With the aforesaid observations/directions, the petition is finally disposed of.
