Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the appeal filed by the petitioner against the dismissal order dated 26.10.2023 is still pending for consideration before the appellate authority i.e the respondent no. 2. It is thus prayed that the direction be issued to decide the said appeal within a specified time.
