¶1Sri Jaideep Narain Mathur, Senior Advocate assisted by Sri Kushagra Dikshit, appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition in light of certain developments which have taken place subsequent to filing of this petition and prays that liberty may be given to file afresh after incorporating the said developments.

¶2Learned Standing counsel does not object to the aforesaid prayer.
