¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for State-opposite parties no.1 to 4.

¶2Considering the order proposed to be passed, issuance of notice to opposite party no.5 is dispensed with.

¶3The petitioner has made allegations against opposite party no.5, who is a private opposite party of encroachment on his land. No FIR has been lodged as yet. The petitioner should take recourse to remedies prescribed under civil/revenue/criminal law. A writ petition would not be maintainable for such a cause.
