17.12.2024 has been passed in the case of the petitioner. He further states that copy of the said order would be handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner today itself in Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not want to press the instant writ petition and prays that the same may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to challenge the order dated 17.12.2024, in case he is aggrieved before the appropriate Court in appropriate proceedings.
