¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2We have gone through the report, which has been submitted by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ambedkar Nagar of date 18.10.2024 wherein it has been stated that the sole-appellant-Udai Bhan Nai has died during the pendency of the instant appeal. Death certificate issued in this regard has been enclosed along with the statement of Shri Vineet Kumar, Sub Inspector of Police Station Ibrahimpur, District Ambedkar Nagar. It has also come in the statement of witness Amrawati Sharma that the sole appellant had died two years ago.

¶3Having regard to the report, which has been submitted by the C.J.M., Ambedkar Nagar, the instant appeal dismissed as abated on death of the sole appellant-Uday Bhan Nai. Order Date :- 18.12.2024 Praveen High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
