¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2We have gone through the report dated

07.10.2024, which has been submitted by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gonda, wherein it has been stated that the sole-appellant-Puneet Singh S/o Lallu has died during the pendency of the instant appeal. Gram Pradhan of Village Panchayat Dudahi, Block Development Haldharmau, District Gonda and the Sub Inspector of Police Station Katra Bazar, District Gonda have given their certificate in this regard, which are enclosed to the said report.

¶3Having regard to the report, which has been submitted by the C.J.M., Gonda, the instant appeal is dismissed as abated on death of the sole appellant-Puneet Singh. Order Date :- 18.12.2024 Praveen High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
