This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the First Information Report dated 21.11.2024 bearing Case Crime No.0158 of 2024, under Sections 333,76,351(2) of B.N.S.,2023 and Section 7/8 POCSO Act, Police Station Barasagwar, District Unnao. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioner prays to withdraw present writ petition with liberty to take appropriate proceedings before the appropriate Court in accordance with law.
