¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2This appeal has been filed by the sole appellant- Raja Ram Yadav.

¶3We have gone through the report of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barabanki dated 21.10.2024, wherein it has been stated that the sole-appellant-Raja Ram Yadav S/o Maiku Yadav, R/o Village Rampur has died during the pendency of the instant appeal. The statement of witness(s) Shri Baijnath S/o Late Rajaram, Shri Bipin Singh, Sub Inspector of Police Station Mohammadpur Khala, District Barabanki and Shri Deepak Kumar have also given with regard to the death of the appellant. The same is enclosed with report of the C.J.M., Barabanki.
