¶1Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

¶2The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "1. Issue a suitable order or direction, thereby direct to the opposite party No. 1 i.e. Principal Judge, Family Court District-Ayodhya to decide the Case No.781 of under section 13 of Hindu Marriage act1955, Shiv Prasad Prajapati vs Shrimati Aradhna, which is pending since 25.08.2022. within stipulated period, in the interest of justice."

¶3Considering the submissions made by the Counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal of the case. In case, such an application is filed within two weeks from today, the family court shall make an earnest endeavour to conclude the proceedings expeditiously.
