¶1Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

¶2The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(1) Issue a direct the Opp. Party No.1 to decide the Original Suit No.346/2023 Ram Naresh Patel Vs Arjun Pal & Others pending in the Court of Civil Judge, Junior Division Kunda, Pratapgarh pending since 2023 expeditiously within stipulated period as early possible in the interest of justice."

¶3Considering the submissions made by the Counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal of the suit. In case, such an application is moved within two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law as well as the administrative guidelines/ circular of this Court.
