¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The present petition has been filed challenging an order whereby the stay application was rejected during the pendency of the appeal.

¶3Considering the nature of the allegations levelled, I do not see any reason to interfere with the order rejecting the stay application. The appeal shall be decided in accordance with law.
