¶1Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

¶2The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Court of Civil Judge (J.D.) Court No. 13, Barabanki to decide the application no. G-6 dated 18.4.2024 which the petitioner has preferred under order 39 rule 1 for temporary injunction, expeditiously within some stipulated period It is further prayed that this Hon'ble Court to direct the Court of Civil Judge (J.D.) Court No. 13, Barabanki till disposal of the aforesaid application may be resist to raise the construction over the path/way in question"

¶3It is informed by the Counsel for the petitioner that

20.12.2024 is fixed for hearing of the said application.

¶4Considering the submissions made by the Counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed off directing the court concerned to make an earnest endeavour to decide the abovesaid application on the date fixed without giving any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.
