¶1Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

¶2The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) Direct the learned Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Utraula, District-Balrampur to expedite the hearing of Regular Suit No. 482 of 2019 "Rajendra Krishna Versus Virendra Krishna" pending since

3.10.2019 before him contained in Annexure No. 1 to this petition, in the interest of justice."

¶3Considering the submissions made by the Counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal of the suit. In case, such an application is filed within two weeks from today, the trial court shall make an earnest endeavour to conclude the proceedings expeditiously.
