¶1Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

¶2The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court may graciously be pleased to direct to the opposite party no.1 to decide the Regular Suit No. 754/2014 titled "Dharmpal Versus Deepak and others" pending before him since 10/09/2014, expeditiously as early as possible, in the interest of justice."

¶3Considering the relief as sought, the present writ petition is disposed off directing the concerned court to consider and decide the abovesaid suit in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
