¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 17.10.2024, whereby the petition was entertained and for quashing of the entire proceedings.

¶3Considering the fact that no final order has been passed, I do not see any reason to interfere at this stage, however, the petitioners would be at liberty to challenge the final order in accordance with law. The petitioners would also be at liberty to argue that the act itself is not applicable in the present case.
