¶1Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

¶2The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court may graciously be pleased to direct the Up Ziladhikari Sadar, District Gonda to decide the Case No. 8239/2024 computerized case No.T202408300408239 (Dinesh Kumar versus Deepak Kumar and others) U/S 7(1) of Uttar Pradesh Bharan Poshan evam Kalyan Adhiniyam 2007 which still pending since 11.6.2024 as expeditious as possible or within a period as stipulated by this Hon'ble court."

¶3Considering the relief as sought, the present writ petition is disposed off directing the concerned court to consider and decide the abovesaid case in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
