¶1Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

¶2The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Court Room No. 13, District Barabanki to decide the Original Suit No. 51 of 2021 filed on 07.01.2021 (Molahe Vs. Dinesh Kumar and others} expeditiously as early as possible."

¶3Considering the submissions made by the Counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal of the suit. In case, such an application is filed within two weeks from today, the trial court shall make an earnest endeavour to conclude the proceedings expeditiously.
