¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kunda, Pratapgarh to decide the Regular Suit No.990 of 2023 (Geeta Devi Maurya Versus Shivam) pending in the Court of Civil Judge (JD), Kunda, Pratapgarh within a time as fixed by this Court."

¶3Considering the fact that the suit is pending since the year 2023, the applicant may move an appropriate application before the trial Court for expeditious disposal. In case such an application is filed, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law.
