¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Issue an Order or direction, directing the Civil Judge (Pravar Khand), Court No.15, Sultanpur to decide the Application for Interim Injunction, filed by the Petitioner, under Order 39, Rule 1 & 2. r/w 151 CPC, In the Regular Suit No. 433 of 2024: Satya Narayan Pandey & Others Versus Devi Prasad Pandey & others. which is pending before him, at an early date, within time frame, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, as the opposite parties are raising construction over the property in question.(which is annexed herewith as Annexure No. 2 to the petition)."

¶3It is informed by the counsel for the petitioner that 23.12.2024 is fixed for disposal of the injunction application, the trial court shall pass the order on the said date positively in accordance with law.
