¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Set aside the part of order dated 02.04.204 passed by Civil Judge (Junior Division) South Court No. 24, Sultanpur in Original Suit No. 444 of 2024 (Ganga prasad Tiwari Vs. Vinod Kumar)."

¶3Considering the fact that the injunction application is pending, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the injunction application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order.
