¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). An order or direction may be issued to opposite party no. 1 i.e. Civil Judge (SD), Court No. 15, Sultanpur to expeditiously decide the application under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 in Regular Suit No. 673/2024, Shiv Prartap Yadav Vs. Santosh Kumar & others, in a time bound manner, in the interest of justice."

¶3Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application on the date fixed i.e. 04.01.2025 in accordance with law.
