¶1Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned Counsel for the respondent No.3 and learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents.

¶2After arguing at some length, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press this petition on merits and wants to withdraw the same with liberty to the petitioners to take appropriate remedy in available in law in appropriate proceedings.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents as well as learned Counsel for the respondent No.3 has no objection to the prayer made by learned Counsel for the petitioner.
