¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Issue an order or direction thereby directing the Civil Judge North Room No. 25, Sultanpur to decide the O.S. No. 235 of 2009, Smt. Tarawati Versus Rajkali & others) at the earliest."

¶3Considering the fact that the suit is pending since 2009, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of copy of this order.
