¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Issue appropriate order or direction to direct the learned Civil Judge (S.D.), Kadipur, Sultanpur, to decide the application 5Ga2 Under Order-39 Rule-1 & 2 of C.P.C filed in Original Suit no. 910/2022 "Bhawani Pher vs. Jadawati Devi" filed by the opposite party/plaintiff pending since

19.10.2022, expeditiously as early as possible, in the interest of justice. II. Issue appropriate order or direction to direct the court concerned to insure the compliance of the order dated

19.10.2022 passed on the application 7Ga2 Under Order 26 Rule-9 of C.P.C filed by the plaintiff/opposite party in Original Suit No. 910/2022 for Commission through court Ameen which is not complied with till today."

¶3The contention of the counsel for the petitioner, who is the defendant in the suit, is that against an exparte injunction, objections have been filed, which has yet to be disposed of.

¶4In view of the said statement, the present petition is disposed of with direction to decide the objections filed by the petitioner against the grant of temporary injunction expeditiously preferably within a period of two months.
