¶1Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

¶2The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "a) To direct the opposite party no.05 decide the Claim Petition No.2012/2023, Ajay Veer Versus State of UP & others which is pending before opposite party no.05 і.е. State Public Service Tribunal from 2023 by speaking and reasoned order within a fixed period provided by this Hon'ble Court."

¶3Considering the submissions made by the Counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal of the case. In case, such an application is filed within two weeks from today, the tribunal shall make an earnest endeavour to conclude the proceedings expeditiously and in accordance with law.
