¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for State-opposite parties no.3 to 5, Sri Krishna Lal Yadav, learned counsel, who has filed power on behalf of opposite party no.1 and Sri Mohd. Yasir Abbas, learned counsel who has filed power on behalf of opposite party no.2, which are taken on record.

¶2Neither the award nor the notification of acquisition has been filed with the petition which could enable us to ascertain that Gata No.416 has been acquired under the National Highways Act, 1956 or not. However, the petitioners rely on Annexure-2, but we are not convinced.

¶3Let the petitioners approach opposite party no.4 raising their grievance, which may be looked into by him as regards their claim for compensation in respect of the amount and the petitioners be informed accordingly about their claim, if any admissible in law.
