¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite party No.1.

¶2In view of order being passed, notice to opposite parties 2 to 6 stands dispensed with.

¶3Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking a direction to the authority concerned for expeditious disposal of case No. 450 of 2023, Computerized Case No. T-202304710200450 (Mohd. Akmal and others versus Rafiuddin) under Section under Section 34 of Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code 2006 which is pending before Tehsildar, Tehsil Musafirkhana, District Amethi.

¶4However a perusal of order-sheet indicates that disposal of aforesaid case is not being done due to continuous boycott calls of Bar Association concerned.

¶5In view of aforesaid, no specific time frame can be directed for early disposal of aforesaid case when the petitioner himself is at fault.

¶6However liberty is granted to petitioners to appear in person and argue their own case in case so desired.
