Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties to permit petitioner to take a carry over exam in the subject to corporate communication (BJMC 5515) of 5th Semester. Learned counsel for opposite parties has been provided instructions and submits that vide order dated 16th December, 2024, a copy of which is taken on record, the prayer of petitioner has already been allowed as has been intimated to her. In view of aforesaid, nothing more remains to be adjudicated upon in the petition which is accordingly consigned to record without any adverse effect upon the benefit granted to petitioner.
