This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the First Information Report dated 03.04.2022 bearing Case Crime No.0173 of 2022, under Section 409 I.P.C., Police Station Vibhuti Khand, District Lucknow. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioner prays to withdraw present writ petition with liberty to avail other remedy before the appropriate Court as prescribed under the law.
