¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Subhash Chandra Pandey, learned counsel appearing for opposite party no.1.

¶2Considering the order proposed to be passed, issuance of notice to opposite parties no.2 to 4 is dispensed with.

¶3The petitioner has raised certain grievances with respect to the ensuing elections to the Governing Body of the Adhivakta Association, Tehsil Dhaurahara, District Kheri.

¶4Council for the Bar Council of I.P. is present. He says that elections have to be held in accordance with the Regulations and directions issued by the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh. He has referred to the Rules known as "Bar Council of India Certificate and Place of Private Practice (Verification) Rules, 2015" and the elections are to be strictly held in accordance with the Rules and model bye-laws framed by the Bar Council of Uttar Praesh, therefore, we dispose of this petition with the observation/direction that the elections be held strictly in accordance thereof. .
