This petition seeks issuance of a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the opposite party no.2 to conduct fair and proper investigation in F.I.R. dated 03.07.2023, registered as F.I.R. No. 0132 of 2023, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., Police Station Talkatora, District Lucknow. Learned A.G.A., on instructions, states that in this case, final report has been submitted in the Court on 27.11.2024. In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate available remedy as per law or to challenge the final report in appropriate proceedings.
