In para 6 of the aforesaid affidavit, it has been stated that history sheet has been closed on 27.06.2023 under the orders of Superintendent of Police, Pratapgarh. Operative portion of order dated 27.06.2023 passed by Superintendent of Police, Pratapgarh is being quoted hereunder:- "
