Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Addl. C.S.C. and perused the record. The petitioner seeks dues amounting to Rs. 38,07,874.00 from the opp. parties for some work done done in pursuance to a work-order dated 29.10.2020. On being asked, learned counsel for the petitioner informs that work was completed within one month, i.e., by November. The limitation for filing a suit for recovery is three years. In any case, these are matters arising out of contract and, therefore, we are not inclined to interfere in the same, however, we leave it open for the petitioner to pursue the matter with the authorities, if he has a cause and locus standi in the matter or to pursue such other remedy, as may be permissible.
