The present bail application under Section 438 Cr.PC. has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in case crime/FIR No. 616/2023, under Sections 419/420/467/468/471/506 I.P.C., P.S. Gangaghat, District Unnao. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State. Notices to respondent no. 2 are dispensed with in view of the proposed order. Perused the record. A perusal of the record shows that the applicant purchased 418 square meter of land on 14.09.1999 and 563.62 square meters of land has been sold by him in the year 2011-12, hence, by committing forgery, land area has been increased. Prima facie, the commission of offence is made out against the applicant. It is not a case of false implication. Anticipatory bail is an exceptional jurisdiction.
