¶1Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has informed this Court that in pursuant to the written test conducted for the post of Head Constable (Communication), offer of appointment has already been issued to the petitioner on 09.12.2024 and a copy of the said order has already been handed to the counsel for the petitioner.

¶2Considering the fact that the offer of appointment has already been given to the petitioner, the grievance of the petitioner stands satisfied and no further grievance subsists.
