Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Addl. C.S.C. and perused the record. The petitioner claims to have been granted a patta for housing purposes. He claims that initially some constructions were made, but the same were demolished by the private opp. parties, who are now interfering in his possession. The petition involves disputed question of facts, therefore, we would not like to adjudicate the issues raised, rather, the petitioner may avail other remedies, which may include approaching the concerned authority, who had granted the patta, raising his grievance, who can get the facts verified and do the needful as far as permissible and lawful, otherwise the petitioner will have a remedy before any other forum or Court, especially as dispute is between the private parties.
