The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners/applicants seeking condonation of delay in filing the recall application to recall the order dated 25.07.2024. The cause shown in the affidavit filed in support of the delay condonation application is sufficient. In view thereof, the present application is allowed. The delay in filing the recall application is condoned. Learned A.G.A., who is present for the State, on instructions, states that in this case, name of the petitioners have been dropped out during the course of investigation.
