Perusal of order sheet reveals that repeatedly the appellant is violating orders of the Court in making payment of charges fixed by this Court for payment to the opposite party, who is always present in person. For many last dates illness or adjournment slips are being sent. On 11.12.2024 i.e. the last date fixed in this case, the appellant was not present though the opposite party was present in person and even today also the appellant is not present even in revised call of the list, however, opposite party is present in person.
