¶1Sri Sumit Kumar Srivastava has requested that he may be permitted to not press this bail application and liberty may be given to file a fresh application before the appropriate Court. He has also requested that the certified copies and free bail rejection order which have been filed with the application may be returned.

¶2Accordingly, considering the aforesaid request, this bail application is dismissed being not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
