¶3After arguing at some length, learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not want to press this petition on merits and wants to withdraw the same.

¶4Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents as well as learned Counsel for the respondent No.3 has no objection to the prayer made by learned Counsel for the petitioners.
